A new trailer for the second season of The Ancient Magus' Bride (Mahotsukai no Yome) has been revealed, featuring the opening theme song "Dear" by singer JUNNA. According to the official website, the series premieres on April 6th, animated by the recently formed studio KAFKA.

This new season is directed by Kazuaki Terasawa at studio KAFKA, with scripts by Aya Takaha, Yoko Yonaiyama, and Chiaki Nishinaka. Character design by Hirotaka Kato and music by Junichi Matsumoto.
Synopsis:
The story revolves around Hatori Chise, who has lived a life of suffering, devoid of any feeling. When all hope seemed lost, she has an encounter when a man with the head of an animal, wielding strange powers, buys her at a slave auction. The man is a powerful sorcerer who decides to free Chise from the bonds of captivity.
Finally, the manga was adapted into a 24-episode anime in 2017. Furthermore, the first season was animated by Wit Studio (Attack on Titan), directed by Norihiro Naganuma (Yowamushi Pedal), and featured character designs by Hirotaka Katō.
