Synopsis Kisaki Kyouiku kara:
In the anime Kisaki Kyouiku kara Nigetai Watashi, Duchess Leticia Dorman has been betrothed to Crown Prince Clarke since she was seven years old. She used to be a free-spirited and energetic child, but the strict upbringing she receives to become a proper future princess has truly limited her lifestyle. Leticia's only hope is that the prince might one day become interested in someone else. Therefore, when Clarke appears at a royal ball with an unknown woman by his side, Leticia is overjoyed, presuming her dream has come true and her engagement is broken.
Finally, Sawano launched the Kisaki Kyouiku kara Nigetai Watashi initially in August 2018 on the Shosetsuka ni Naro ( roughly translated as "Let's Become Writers" ). Shufu to Seikatsu Sha republished it with illustrations by Miru Yumesaki. Sugata launched a manga adaptation on Shufu to Seikatsu Sha's "Comic PASH!" manga website in March 2020. Furthermore, the novels have over 1.2 million copies in circulation.
