Ichikawa Kyotaro, a boy who barely manages to stay on the lowest rung of his school's social ladder, secretly believes he's the tortured main character in some psychological thriller. He spends his days imagining ways to disrupt the peaceful lives of his classmates and sighing over Anna Yamada, the class idol. But Kyotaro is nowhere near the troubled teenager he pretends to be… and it turns out Anna is a little peculiar too!
