Fans can rejoice!! The second season of the anime The Elusive Samurai (Nige Jouzu no Wakagimi) has been officially announced.
Therefore, the first season of the anime premiered on July 6, 2024, animated by CloverWorks.
Synopsis of The Elusive Samurai:
Hôjô Tokiyuki, a young man destined to inherit the shogunate, loses everything: his family, his hometown, the supporters of his clan… The last survivor of his lineage, he becomes the most wanted fugitive in the region. But, fortunately, Tokiyuki has a special gift for survival: flying. His story is one of pilgrimage, concealment, and reconquest. Thus begins the tumultuous life of the indescribable samurai prince!
Finally, the Nige Jouzu no Wakagimi manga debuted in Weekly Shonen Jump in January 2021. Furthermore, the manga series has ten volumes released in Japan.
