Kodansha has confirmed that we will be adapting the light novel The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World (Hyо̄ken no Majutsushi ga Sekai wo Suberu – Sekai Saikyо̄ no Majutsushi de Aru Shо̄nen wa, Majutsu Gakuin ni Nyūgaku Suru) for anime.
Therefore, the novel is written and illustrated by Norihito Sasaki, Nana Mikoshiba and Riko Korie.
Synopsis:
Arnold Academy of Magic is a school for the elite… and Ray White is just an ordinary guy. In fact, he doesn't seem particularly skilled with magic and is a bit clumsy. That's why he has nothing to do with the rumor that one of the great mages, the Iceblade Sorcerer, is a member of the new class… right?
The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World began airing on Shōsetsuka ni Narō (Let's Become Novelists) in October 2019.
Finally, a manga arrived in Magazine Pocket in June 2020. Furthermore, Kodansha will release its 8th volume on May 9, 2022.
