The manga Jujutsu Kaisen reached its long-awaited conclusion this week in Japan, ending a journey of more than six years around the world. Gege Akutami's work was a true phenomenon, and its success can be measured in impressive numbers. According to Anime News Network, the series ends with an impressive 100 million copies in circulation in Japan alone.

It's worth noting that this number doesn't exactly reflect the sales volume, but rather the number of copies distributed, including digital versions. Even so, this milestone shows the continued growth of Jujutsu Kaisen, since, in June of last year, the manga had 80 million copies in circulation.

With a story rich in action and memorable characters, Jujutsu Kaisen has won over a legion of fans throughout its publication. Furthermore, the anime has also played a crucial role in this success, with its two seasons available.

This marks the end of an era for Jujutsu Kaisen fans , but Gege Akutami's legacy will surely continue to impact pop culture for many years to come.
