The team behind the two Re:cycle of Penguindrum films , directed by Kunihiko Ikuhara , revealed the full trailer for both films today, Monday.
The trailer showcases newly created footage from the second film, announces and previews the second film's theme song, "Boku no Sonzai Shoumei" by Yakushimaru Etsuko Metro Orchestra , and introduces a new character along with their respective voice actress.

Therefore, the animation is by Lapintrack . The film is in celebration of the anime's 10th anniversary.
Synopsis:
After her condition worsens and she nearly dies, Himari is saved by a penguin hat. Since then, she seems to be possessed by an entity that demands her family retrieve the Penguindrum as payment for her recovery.
The anime Penguindrum was produced by Brain's Base and directed by Kunihiko Ikuhara ( Fighting Girl Utena ).
