anime adaptation of Mushikago no Cagaster will be released exclusively on Netflix on February 6th. The manga by author Kachou Hashimoto is being animated by studio GONZO , and directed by Kouichi Chigira .
The anime takes place in the distant future, where a disease called "Cagaster," which transforms humans into insects, plagues the population. The story follows the adventures of young Kidou as he battles these insects.
