We bring you information regarding the premiere date of the 2nd season of the anime The Rising of the Shield Hero 2 (Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari). According to the official website, the anime premieres on April 6th.

The film is directed by Masato Jinbo (Chaos;Child) at the studio Kinema Citrus, with character design by Keigo Koyonagi.
Synopsis:
Naofumi Iwatani, an uncharismatic otaku who spends his days playing games and reading manga, suddenly finds himself summoned to a parallel universe. Iwatani discovers he is one of four heroes equipped with legendary weapons, tasked with saving the world from a terrible prophecy.
Crunchyroll announced in 2019 that The Rising of the Shield Hero would have a second season and a third in the future. However, this new season was delayed and was scheduled for October 2021.
