Anime 'The Tale of the Outcasts' gets new promotional art

The production team for the anime The Tale of the Outcasts ( Nokemono-tachi no Yoru ) revealed additional voice actors and the anime's main visual on Monday.

Synopsis

This is the story of Wisteria, an orphaned girl lost in darkness, and Marbas, an immortal being who shares her loneliness. The unlikely companions met on a quiet, uneventful night and set off together in search of the light. But what begins as a chance encounter on the edge of the British Empire at the end of the 19th century soon becomes a full-fledged journey to find their place in the world.

  • Chitose Morinaga as Maurie
  • Karin Oda as Hariett

The anime staff previously announced that Ayana Taketatsu and Katsuyuki Konishi will voice the main characters Wisteria and Marbas, respectively, while Ryouta Ousaka will voice Wisteria's older brother, Snow .

The manga debuted in Shogakukan 's Weekly Shonen Sunday in August 2019. The manga concluded its serialization in April 2021. Finally, the eighth and final volume was released alongside the seventh volume in May 2021.

Finally, The Tale of the Outcasts will premiere in January 2023.
