The February issue of Kodansha 's Monthly Young Magazine revealed on Monday that The Witch and the Beast manga will go on hiatus due to the author's poor health.

Therefore, the manga will return in the April edition of the magazine, which will be released on March 22nd this year.
Synopsis
Koyori is a witch desperate in search of a place to live, as she cannot fit into any of the wizarding communities she knows. Her hopelessness is interrupted by a mysterious creature called Beast, who takes her to his home. Over time, she will discover that Beast is, in fact, a prince charming, and that she must break the spell to free him.
The work was first published in Kodansha's Bessatsu Friend magazine in February 2008, and concluded in December 2010.
The manga was published in three tankōbon volumes, and was also adapted into a film in 2012.
