The February issue of Kodansha 's Monthly Young Magazine revealed on Monday that the manga The Witch and the Beast (Majo to Yaju) will go on hiatus due to the author's failing health.

Therefore, the manga will return in the April issue of the magazine, which will be released on March 22nd of this year.
Synopsis
Koyori is a desperate witch searching for a place to live, as she can't fit into any of the witch communities she knows. Her despair is interrupted by a mysterious creature called Beast, who takes her to his home. Over time, she will discover that Beast is actually a charming prince, and that she must break the spell to free him.
The work was first published in Kodansha's Bessatsu Friend magazine in February 2008, and concluded in December 2010.
The manga was published in three tankobon volumes, and it was also adapted into a film in 2012.
