Assassin's Creed Shadows takes players to feudal Japan

The game transports players to Japan in 1579, during the era of Oda Nobunaga. The plot follows two protagonists with distinct styles: Naoe, a ninja focused on stealth, and Yasuke, a samurai warrior who relies on brute force to eliminate enemies.

The game mechanics allow you to switch between characters, each with unique abilities. While Naoe hides in the shadows for precise attacks, Yasuke excels in direct combat, using a sword and bow. The setting, faithful to the historical period, includes a detailed open world with iconic cities, villages, and castles. In addition, there's a base customization system and a narrative that incorporates historical figures, such as Nobunaga himself.

The title is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Rated for ages 18 and up, Assassin's Creed Shadows promises an immersive experience for fans of the franchise and the samurai era.

Xenoblade Chronicles X Definitive Edition expands RPG universe

Another big release this week is Xenoblade Chronicles X Definitive Edition, which arrives on Nintendo Switch on March 20th. The open-world RPG takes players to the planet Mira, where humanity struggles to survive after the destruction of Earth.

The game combines exploration, strategic combat, and an engaging storyline. Furthermore, characters use swords and firearms to confront alien creatures, as well as pilot mechs called "Dolls" in epic battles against colossal enemies. The new edition features enhanced graphics, gameplay improvements, and new content, including extra chapters that expand the story.

Rated for ages 15 and up, Xenoblade Chronicles X offers a deep experience for fans of the saga. The ability to customize mechs and interact with NPCs in a vast world makes the game an attractive option for those seeking an immersive adventure.

Bleach Rebirth of Souls brings intense battles to the anime universe

Anime fans will also have some exciting news this week. On March 21st, Bleach Rebirth of Souls arrives for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Inspired by the Bleach manga and anime, the game features dynamic combat with iconic characters such as Ichigo Kurosaki and Rukia Kuchiki.

The mechanics revolve around strategic battles, where players need to deplete their opponents' "souls" to win. Therefore, the combat system includes special techniques, combo attacks, and awakening abilities that temporarily strengthen the characters. The protagonist, Yumia, seeks to unravel the mysteries behind this prohibition, exploring a vast continent full of secrets.
