10. Kumagawa Misogi: First, there's no way to forget this epic guy. In fact, anyone who hasn't read the manga is missing out on one of the best works ever made. Furthermore, Misogi is an inexplicable duality, whether it's his power and yet never having won, or even his unconventional personality. He's definitely my favorite character to this day.
9. Light Yagami: Now, a guy who can be seen as a cruel villain or a misunderstood hero. Either way, Light revolutionized the thinking of many with his actions. In trying to create a New World where justice always reigns, he ended up failing, but leaving behind a great legacy!
8. All For One: Now, let's talk about one of the villains of our time. And with the 5th season of My Hero Academia in full swing, we couldn't leave him out. All For One has proven to be a very shrewd and powerful character. Moreover, he was also the creator of One For All, the only power that can defeat him. Ironic, isn't it?
7. King Bradley: Here, we have perhaps the noblest character of them all. Indeed, a true man, general and villain who always honored his principles and proved to be a very likeable guy. He is certainly unforgettable, and just remembering all his actions is something very beautiful and epic.
6. Kaido: To round out the top 10, we have another current villain. Kaido has always been a fearsome character since the beginning of the anime, but only now are we getting to see him up close. A major battle is approaching for our heroes, and Kaido promises to be one of the best villains in One Piece!
The Best Anime Villains – Top 5
5. Aizen Sousuke: Now, to kick off our top 5, we have a very mysterious and intelligent guy. At first, he presented himself as a calm and gentle person, but we see his true colors as time goes on. Furthermore, he proved to be the main antagonist of Bleach, bringing us epic battles and fantastic scenes!
4. Frieza: And here, we bring you a true classic. Frieza was one of the first villains in Dragon Ball, but he was so beloved that he's still being used to this day. It was great to see him return in his golden form, and his participation in the Tournament of the 12 Universes was sensational.
The Best Anime Villains – Top 3
03. Meruem
Here in the top 3, we have a guy who's more of an anti-hero than a villain. Meruem never had bad intentions in the world; he only thought about making it a better place. Thus, he's a true king, and the Ant arc was by far the best in Hunter x Hunter, not only for the fights but also for the clash of ideologies present in the arc.
02. Uchiha Madara
Secondly, it's worth remembering this legendary ninja! Madara was by far the strongest of them all, and along with Hashirama, his cunning put him back in the game during the Great Ninja War. There, we witnessed sensational clashes, and Madara is undoubtedly one of the most powerful villains we've ever seen.
01. Griffith
And finally, let's remember this guy who is so hated! Because he ended up sacrificing all his closest friends out of pure selfishness and ambition. Furthermore, he went from heaven to hell several times and is now assembling the largest army of all, with millions of followers. How will our Guts deal with this? On the other hand, unfortunately, the author passed away, leaving the future of the work uncertain. We can only wait and hope for the end of this guy who is the true synonym for villain!
