Plus, the plot is quite original, focusing on a spy who is ordered to start a family and start a new life! In fact, it's the only one on this list that has already received an anime announcement, which is scheduled for 2022!
09. Real: Here, we see a beautiful work created by master Inoue! He has always stood out for his three fantastic works, and Real is one of them. Furthermore, it is a plot more geared towards an adult audience, with psychological themes and spectacular drama. Only those who have read it understand the value of this manga.
8. Yotsuba to!: This one is sure to warm everyone's heart! The book focuses on a lighter, more relaxed read. Not to mention that it's a Slice of Life genre, meaning it's simply casual and straightforward. I highly recommend reading this manga.
7. Solo Leveling: Who hasn't heard of this manhwa yet? It's the hit of the moment, and I believe it's only a matter of time before it gets an anime. So, we can be very hopeful to see our beloved Korean in action, whether in dungeons or against the monarchs!
6. Gamaran: Now, to round out the top 10, we have this fabulous martial arts masterpiece! It features plenty of action, well-structured fights, and unique characters. This makes it a surefire hit if adapted into an anime.

5. I Am a Hero: And this one couldn't be left out. It encompasses a series of genres that will keep you hooked! Whether for the psychological drama or the sharper criticism we see in the work, I Am a Hero definitely deserves a spot here. In fact, the work is already finished and has over 250 chapters for you to enjoy until the anime arrives.
4. Oyasumi Punpun: This one can be considered a manga classic. It's a must-read for any otaku and also stands out for its blend of themes. It features exotic comedy, unparalleled drama, and unforgettable scenes. It also stands out for the author's talent in drawing, as he possesses a fantastic line.

03. Utsuro no Hako to Zero no Maria
And our top 3 begins with a light novel. This list was supposed to be manga-only, but I had to include this work. Of all the novels/mangas I've read, this one remains my favorite. It offers a surreal plot, with perfect characters and beautifully crafted stories.
02. 20th Century Boys
This is another classic Japanese comic. In it, we can see the entire plot, which begins as a childish one but becomes a global mystery. Watching the children grow into adulthood was undoubtedly a unique experience. Besides the anguish of finding out who their "friend" was at the end, it was a real surprise!
01. Vagabond
Finally, let's highlight another gem from the great Inoue. In Vagabond, we see a unique plot involving fantastic fights that deeply impacts your psyche. We also can't forget the story, which was inspired by a real samurai. I would definitely love to see an anime based on this work.
