We are already halfway through the year and with that, several new mangas have been released during this period, while others continue to release chapters; for this reason, I decided to gather the 5 best mangas released in 2021. Most of the mangas I will mention have not yet had their release scheduled for Brazil; however, with the success they are having in Japan, it will not take long for them to arrive here in Tupiniquim lands.

05. Candy Flurry: First, imagine the fusion between One Piece , Candy Crush and add a pinch of post-apocalyptic, and you'll have Candy Flurry.
In Candy Flurry we follow a Japan, where sweets begin to appear all over the country, giving people powers, while cities are being destroyed by giant lollipops.
04. I Tell C: First of all, I put this manga on the list as a form of protest for what happened to it; I Tell C was an extremely promising manga, it was having a lot of success among the readers of Shounen Jump ; however, due to internal factors, the series was canceled.
In I Tell C we follow Risa Aioi, a detective who has become obsessed with murderers and psychopaths, an obsession that has become a passion; the manga follows the story of this detective solving a series of mysterious innate problems that no one can unravel.

03. Choujin X: First of all, Choukin X is a manga written by Sui Ishida , author of Tokyo Ghoul , from which Choukin X draws a lot of inspiration.
Choujin X tells the story of two friends Tokio Kurohara and Azuma Higashi, two normal young people, forced to transform into monsters; with that, the doors to the world of angels and demons open and they have to discover how to survive this new reality.
02. Blue Box: Firstly, sports-related stories have always been successful in Japan and with Blue Box the story was no different.
Blue Box tells the story of Taiki Inomata, a talented badminton player who finds himself in love with Chinatsu, a talented basketball player. However, their lives are easy, with family, social and personal problems; the connection between them becomes greater than a simple romance.
01. The Elusive Samurai: Firstly, The Elusive Samurai has as its main difference, a shounen with a protagonist who does not want to fight; Hojo Tokiyuki is a young princess who, after witnessing the death of her family, decided to run away and for that reason will never fight against anyone.
Created by Yusei Matsui, author of Assassination Classroom , the manga has been very successful in Shounen Jump and appears to be quite promising.
