manga adaptation of Under Ninja by author Kengo Hanazawa has had a new promotional image revealed, along with its production staff. According to the official website, the series will premiere in the October season of this year.

The film is directed by Satoshi Kuwabara at Tezuka Productions (Dororo), with a screenplay by Keiichiro Ochi, character design by Nobuteru Yuki, and music direction by Satoshi Motoyama.
Synopsis:
Even today, ninjas walk among us, hiding in plain sight and still awaiting orders for their missions. However, some find receiving orders much more difficult than others! Meet Kumogakure Kuroh, a NEET and a ninja—a strange mix, don't you think? After a long time without working, he finally receives orders from his superiors! Could it be that I've finally managed to keep all those years of training functioning properly?
Kengo Hanazawa also wrote Boys on the Run, Ressentiment, Takaga Tasogare , and Tokkaten . However, his most popular work is I Am a Hero, which was nominated for the third, fourth, and fifth editions of the Manga Taisho Award (2010, 2011, and 2012), and won the fifty-eighth edition of the Shogakukan Manga Award in 2013 in the " General Manga " category.
