What can be said about Kyoto Animation (Clannad, Hyouka) animations? Well, the highly anticipated anime adaptation of the novel Violet Evergarden took the public by surprise with the beautiful trailer released.
In the video, the production team for the commercial is mentioned. Taichi Ichidate (K-On!, Free!) is the director, while Akiko Takase is the character designer.
The first volume of Violet Evergarden arrived in Japan last year and was awarded the top prize at the 5th Kyoto Animation Award , marking the first time a title from the publisher itself has won in this category.
