The official website for the film *Boku no Hero Academia: World Heroes' Mission* , the third anime film in the *Boku no Hero Academia* franchise , revealed that voice actress Megumi Hayashibara will be part of the film's cast as the character Pino (left in the image below), Rody 's (right in the image below) trusted partner . The manga 's author ( Kohei Horikoshi ) himself designed the character.
Synopsis
The film is an original story that takes place during the winter of the Hero Internship arc. There is a mysterious group determined to eliminate everyone with Quirks. So, to save everyone, the pro heroes need to form a global hero team. It is at this moment that Deku, Bakugo, Todoroki, and other UA students are called upon to combat this threat.
My Hero Academia: World Heroes' Mission will be the third film in the franchise.
The first film in the franchise was called My Hero Academia: Two Heroes, and it premiered in Japan in July 2018. The second film, My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising, premiered in Japan in December 2019.
