Tecmo Koei Games has released a trailer for its upcoming game Warriors Orochi 3 Final (titled Muso Orochi 2 Final in Japan). The trailer showcases over 140 playable characters, highlights gameplay elements such as triple dash, combat style switching, air-type action, and "Shin Musou Explosion," and also highlights game modes like unlimited mode and Dual Mode.

The original Musou Orochi game featured characters from Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors, while the final Musou Orochi 2 will include Dynasty Warriors, Samurai Warriors, as well as characters from Dead or Alive, Ninja Gaiden, and the Atelier series.
The game is scheduled for release on September 26th in Japan. The PS3 version will cost ¥6,615 (approximately US$67), while the download version will be ¥5,800 (US$58). The PS Vita version is expected to sell for ¥6,090 (US$61), while the download version will be ¥5,400 (US$54). A premium edition including the original soundtrack, a sticker set for all characters, and postcard character designs for the new characters will sell for ¥9,765 (approximately US$99) and ¥9,240 (approximately US$93) for the PS3 and PS Vita versions, respectively.
