Namco Bandai Games released a 5-minute promotional video for the game J-Stars Victory Vs. The video also reveals two new characters: “Koro-sensei” from “Assassination Classroom” will be a playable character, and “Neuro” from “Neuro – Supernatural Detective” (Majin Tantei Nōgami Neuro) will be a support character.

Namco also revealed recently that J-Stars Victory VS will not have additional characters via paid DLC. However, there are still more announcements to be made before the title's release in March 2014.

The game is in celebration of the 45th anniversary of " Weekly Jump " magazine, and famous singers Hironobu Kageyama, Akira Kushida, and Hiroshi Kitadani will sing the game's theme song: " Fighting Stars ".

Consumers who pre-order will receive a "J-Stars Victory" book containing information and images of Jump characters. Finally, a free augmented reality app will be released for the PS Vita that allows you to see Jump heroes in your environment.
