We have the trailer for the surfing anime
However, the film is part of a trilogy that will be released starting this year.
Synopsis of WAVE!! Surfing Yappe!:
"The story takes place in the city of Oharai, in Ibaraki Prefecture, and focuses on Masaki Hinaoka, who befriends student Shou Akitsuki before summer vacation and ends up becoming addicted to surfing. Through the sport, Masaki will meet new friends and also drift apart from them on his journey to adulthood."

The film is directed by Takaharu Ozaki (Goblin Slayer) at Asahi Production studio. Tomoko Iwasa is designing the characters.
