In a streaming event, Pony Canyon showed the new promotional video for its upcoming anime Yūki Yuna wa Yusha de Aru. The anime will air on the “MBS Animeism” block starting in October.
In the video, Yuna says: "We are a club that works for the good of the people, the heroine of the club! Yūki Yuna wa Yusha de Aru. We started in October!"
The story takes place in the age of the gods, year 300. Yuna Yūki lives a normal life as a second-year high school student, but she is also a member of the "Hero Club," where the club's activities involve dealing with a mysterious being called "Vertex.".
Seiji Kishi (Persona 4 The Animation, Danganronpa The Animation) is directing the series based on an original plan by Takahiro (Akame ga KILL!) at Studio Gokumi . Makoto Uezu is handling the series composition and BunBun is designing the characters.
