Gege revealed in a message to fans that the new series will last approximately six months , gathered in three volumes —which could exceed 30 chapters. The first chapter will be 54 pages , almost triple the usual.
The art will be in the hands of illustrator Yuji Iwasaki , praised by Gege himself for the quality of his lines.
Story set in the future
According to initial reports, the plot will take place decades after the Shinjuku Showdown arc , focusing on Yuta Okkotsu and Maki Zenin's grandchildren: Yukka Okkotsu and Tsuruji Okkotsu Yuji, Megumi, and Nobara is still unknown , but the manga is expected to answer these questions and expand the universe.
