Besides Hunter x Hunter, Hiroshi also worked on Kyuuketsuki Sugu Shinu , Sand Land , and many other anime. He was invited to the Nippon Anime & Film Culture Association due to his extensive experience in Japanese animation. According to the director, the excess of productions led to a shortage of professional animators.

These days, animators move from one studio to another more frequently, making them unavailable at times. Remote work also hinders communication between animators, as it's difficult to guide beginners when they're not physically present. As a result, beginners don't receive adequate training due to the rushed schedule.

Synopsis:

The story takes place in a world where hunters exist to perform all sorts of dangerous tasks, such as capturing criminals and searching for lost treasures in unknown territories. However, Gon Freecss, a 12-year-old boy, is determined to become a great hunter in the hopes of finding his father, who abandoned his son and the rest of his family long ago. However, Gon soon realizes that the path to achieving his goals is far more challenging than he ever imagined.

The manga was published in March 1998 in Weekly Shonen Jump . Furthermore, author Yoshihiro Togashi has taken several hiatuses since 2006 due to his health problems.

Hunter x Hunter also gained a new anime by MadHouse , which aired from October 2011 to September 2014 with a total number of 148 episodes .
