According to the half-human, half-Atlantean comics, Arthur Curry (Jason Momoa) sets out on a journey with his allies Mera (Amber Heard) and Vulko (Willem Dafoe) to find the king's trident, a mythical weapon capable of controlling the seven seas. On the other hand, the trio must accomplish their goal before Orm (Patrick Wilson), Arthur's half-brother, who intends to overthrow him and take the throne of Atlantis.
