The anime will premiere in Japan on July 4, 2025channel Tokyo MX. For international fans, Crunchyroll will stream the animation starting on its premiere date, July 4.
The theme song, titled “End of Days,” is performed by singer ReoNa. The ending theme will be performed by artist Hana Itokiwith “Truth,”but the full song has not yet been released. Check out the opening below:
Cast and crew of Arknights: Rise From Ember
The voice cast features big names in the industry, including:

Originally released in China in 2019, the game gained a global following in 2020 and has already inspired several animated series, including Arknights: Prelude to Dawn (2022) and Arknights: Perish in Frost (2023).
Arknights is a strategy game where your goal is to prevent your enemies from crossing your borders. In this anime-style tower defense game, you'll control the leaders of Rhodes Island, a massive pharmaceutical company fighting to stop the spread of a deadly virus. Like other tower defense games, the objective of Arknights is to prevent enemies from crossing your last line of defense. To do this, place units on the battlefield to impede the enemy's advance.
universe Arknights will also get a new web anime in 2025, titled U Takes Terra, focused on the comedic character U-Official (Streamer U), an unlucky VTuber. It will be directed by Jun Aoki (Pop Team Epic).
