Based on the manga by Kenta Shinohara , the anime Astra Lost in Space is being directed by Masaomi Ando at studio Lerche . Norimitsu Kaiho is responsible for the script, Keiko Kurosawa and Hiroishi Arisawa are, respectively, the character designer and mecha designer. Masatoshi Kai is in charge of the art adaptation, and Masaru Yokoyama and Nobuaki Nobusawa are in charge of the anime's music.
