The production team responsible for the anime “BASTARD!! -Heavy Metal, Dark Fantasy” has revealed the third trailer for its second season, titled “BASTARD!! Ankoku no Hakaishin: Jigoku no Chinkonka-hen” (BASTARD!! -Heavy Metal, Dark Fantasy-: Hell's Requiem).
The video features the opening theme song for the second season, "NEW DAWN," by the band coldrain.

Synopsis
A grand and unique story, an alluring fantasy world, intense battles full of swords and sorcery, and cute heroines who were probably a little too daring for a boys' comic at the time. All this, however, combined with the elaborate manga art, makes Bastard!! the pioneer and pinnacle of dark fantasy manga, influencing countless works that followed.
The new season will premiere all at once on Netflix globally, and will feature a returning cast. Warner Bros. Japan also revealed four new cast members.

The first part of the anime, consisting of the first 13 episodes, premiered on Netflix worldwide on June 30th. The second part, with episodes 14-24, premiered on Netflix on September 15th.
Finally, the Bastard!! manga received several OVA adaptations in the early 90s.
