The new Man of Steel movie has been delayed by Warner Bros. Pictures. Batman vs. Superman , originally scheduled for release on July 17, 2015, will now be released on May 6, 2016, 10 months later.
Marvel yet specified, on that date. Instead, on July 17th, WB released the film Pan, about the origin of Peter Pan, with Hugh Jackman as Blackbeard.
This strategy lends credence to rumors that the studio would be willing to shoot the Justice League movie at the same time as it produces the sequel to Man of Steel , which will star Batman and Superman
