Berserk of Gluttony will be adapted into an anime!

Micro Magazine announced this Friday that Ichika Isshiki series Berserk of Gluttony (Boushoku no Berserk: Ore Dake Level to Iu Gainen wo Toppa Suru) is inspiring an anime adaptation.

However, the announcement did not reveal a format or premiere date for it. “ Fame “, the novels’ illustrator, drew the illustration below to commemorate the anime’s announcement:

Fate, a guardian who worked for the castle, is accused of constant hunger attacks caused by an ability he gained at birth. A useless ability that only serves to make him hungrier, however, unbeknownst to him, he has a hidden ability.

After releasing the story on the Shousetsuka ni Narou , Isshiki released the first volume of the novel in November 2017, and the eighth volume released this Friday.

Additionally, Micro Magazine publishes the novels in a larger format, specifically bunko size. The first bunko volume launched in October 2021 and the fourth volume launched on June 20th.

Daisuke Takino launched the manga adaptation of the work on Comic Ride in April 2018. The ninth volume of the manga will be released in Japan on October 31st.
