After leaking over the weekend, the first official images of the live -action The Legend of Zelda were revealed by Nintendo this Monday (17).
The production is under the direct supervision of Shigeru Miyamoto, the legendary creator of the franchise. On the other hand, Avi Arad, known for his major Marvel successes, is acting as co-producer. In this way, the film combines Nintendo with Arad's track record in blockbusters. The world premiere is scheduled for March 7, 2027, with distribution by Sony Pictures.
