The Cardfight!! Vanguard has revealed a new promotional trailer for Cardfight!! Vanguard Divinez Unmei Seisen-hen, the arc that concludes the DivineZ. In addition to the video, the production confirmed the series' premiere for November 7 , 2026 on Japanese TV and presented the opening theme song "Escape," performed by the group Kis-My-Ft2.

The highlight of the opening is Toshiya Miyata, a member of Kis-My-Ft2 and voice actor for the protagonist Akina Myodo, who also wrote the song's lyrics. However, before the TV broadcast, the three episodes of the arc will arrive in Japanese cinemas on October 2nd, with animation by Kinema Citrus and original designs by the CLAMP.
The final chapter of the DivineZ saga
Cardfight!! Vanguard Divinez Unmei Seisen-hen concludes the story that began in 2024 with the Divinez anime. Thus, the franchise follows intense battles in the traditional collectible card game, expanding its universe across different seasons of the so-called D Series, which began in 2021 with Cardfight!! Vanguard overDress.
Short anime also premieres in 2026
In addition to the main series, the franchise has confirmed a mini-anime adaptation of the manga Ghost Meets Gal, by Kaeru DX. It will premiere on September 5th, produced by studio AtoriE. Karin Kagami and Yuka Nishio will voice the protagonists, while the band Mugendai Mewtype will perform the theme song “Nikoichi Mirai”.
Finally, Bushiroad also reaffirmed that a new, original Cardfight!! Vanguard anime will be released in 2027, celebrating the franchise's 15th anniversary.
