In response to a long-standing fan request, the Crunchyroll has finally arrived on Nintendo's portable console .

Built for the global anime community with Epic Games ' Unreal Engine this app lets users watch their favorite series in TV mode, with their console docked and connected to a TV, in tabletop mode, allowing fans to watch anime with others, or in handheld mode, to watch on screen with the connected Joy-Con
It's worth noting that with its launch on the platform, Crunchyroll becomes the first streaming app to offer the option to "watch offline" on the Nintendo Switch.
The app will work exactly as it does on other platforms, with a free version with ads and subscription plans with access to all anime in simulcast and without ads.
