Episode 8 of Dandadan brought a big surprise: Aira, Okarun and Momo's classmate, awakened a stunning new transformation. Thanks to Acrobat Silky , Aira not only gained a new lease on life, but also unique powers, similar to Okarun's, and her connection to Turbo Granny.
The transformation occurs amidst chaos, as new spirits emerge, including a Loch Ness Monster-like creature and a boxing crustacean, in addition to the Serpoian aliens.

During the battle, Aira demonstrates her new ability by using her hair to push away one of the Serpoians and save Okarun, who was immobilized by the enemies' psychic powers.
Beyond the action, the episode also highlighted the rivalry between Aira and Momo Okarun 's heart , bringing moments of humor and emotional tension. Aira doesn't hide her feelings, while Momo still struggles to deal with her own.
Synopsis:
The anime Dandadan tells the story of a nerd who faces spirits and aliens vying for his "family heirloom." And who better to help him than his high school crush and a spiritual grandma?! Momo Ayase and Okarun disagree about the paranormal. But in this quest to prove who's wrong, secret passions and paranormal battles emerge! Momo befriends Okarun, a UFO fanatic at school.
