Demon Slayer: Infinite Castle debuts on digital platforms

Crunchyroll confirmed during Anime Expo 2026 that the film Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba: Infinite Castle will arrive on the platform's global catalog on July 28, 2026. The premiere will take place in several countries, including Brazil, with audio and subtitle options in Brazilian Portuguese.

In addition to streaming, the film will also be available for digital purchase on platforms such as Apple TV, Prime Video, Google Play, YouTube and Fandango. This release expands the international reach of the first chapter of the Infinity Castle trilogy, which began its run in Japanese cinemas in July 2025.

In theaters, Demon Slayer: Castle Infinite registered impressive numbers. However, in Japan, it sold over 27 million tickets and grossed approximately 40.2 billion yen. Globally, it surpassed 117 billion yen in box office revenue and sold over 98 million tickets.

Produced by ufotable, the film received several important awards, including the Best Animated Film award at the Japan Academy Film Prize. Finally, the production also won the Animated Film of the Year award at the Tokyo Anime Award Festival and received nominations for the Golden Globe and Saturn Awards.
