Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Infinite Castle has already achieved its first historic feat in North American cinemas. The highly anticipated film, which inaugurates the final trilogy of the franchise, surpassed the pre-sale numbers of Mugen Train (2021) and Jujutsu Kaisen 0 (2022) in just 24 hours.

According to Fandango, the production distributed by Crunchyroll became the biggest pre-sale of tickets for an anime in the history of the United States. This milestone confirms the enormous impact that Koyoharu Gotouge's work still has among anime fans on a global scale.
