Since she became a demon, Nezuko has been unable to speak, so her lines in the anime are limited to moans and flashbacks. However, she finally started talking again when she resisted sunlight in the last episode of the anime's 3rd season.
At the same time, Akari Kito had the moment to really give her voice to the character in this memorable scene. Fans also jokingly said on social media that she finally had the opportunity to “justify her job salary”.
Synopsis:
After defeating Upper Moon 6 in the Entertainment District, Tanjiro needs to go to the blacksmith village to forge a new sword, as his old weapon was damaged. However, on the way, he comes across new demons sent by Muzan, the main villain of the plot, with the mission of killing the blacksmiths. Without blacksmiths, hunters will have no swords to fight demons. So Tanjiro and his friends have to fight the demons of the Upper Moons again to stop them.
Therefore, the 1st season of Demon Slayer premiered in April 2019 , making the film a successful phenomenon. The second season premiered on December 5, 2021 in Japan. Finally, the 3rd season premiered on Crunchyroll after the release of the film To the Swordsmith Village – World Tour on February 2 in Japan.
