A new trailer has been released for the anime of author Asato Mizu's Denki-gai no Honya-san. The video features the anime's opening theme song, "Kajirikake no Ringo" (A Half-Bitten Apple) by Ayana Taketatsu.
The anime is scheduled to premiere in October.
The "young adult comedy" revolves around the people who work at a manga shop in the backstreets of a neighborhood. "Denki-Gai" or "Electric City" is a popular name for commercial areas that specialize in, or used to specialize in, electrical and electronic goods, an example being the well-known Akihabara in Tokyo. The protagonist, Umio, works at this shop.
