The anime Even Given the Worthless will premiere on January 9, 2025, animated by studio Okuruto Noboru.

Synopsis “Even Given the Worthless”
In a fantasy world where "jobs" are divine gifts received from birth, heroes aren't made, they're born… and Ein's job as an "Evaluator" has placed him as far away from the hero's pedestal as possible. Used, mistreated, and ultimately abandoned by his fellow adventurers, Ein concludes that it's not worth continuing… But, luckily, what seemed like the end may only be the beginning of a new life for him. It turns out that his "useless" job may, after all, be the key to becoming a hero…
Finally, a manga adaptation, illustrated by Morohoshi Fuji, has been published online through Kodansha's Magazine Pocket website since July 2020, and has already accumulated eleven volumes in tankōbon format.
