Fragtime OVA received a new preview trailer for the anime this Monday (09), released on the adaptation's official website. The anime tells the story of a girl named Moritani, and her unusual ability to stop time. Moritani likes to use this ability to observe the environment around her, and one day, while observing her classmate Murakami, she discovers that Murakami is not affected by her ability.
Fragtime premieres October 22nd in Japan!
Takuya Sato is the director and screenwriter of the OVA at Tear , with Tomoko Sudo Takashi Honda also the art director, and the music for the anime is composed by the group rionos .
