Recently, a new commercial for the anime Genkkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun by Izumi Tsubaki was shown on Japanese television . The opening theme, "Kimi Já Nakya Mitai" by Masayoshi Oishi , can be heard in the video . The anime is scheduled to premiere on July 6th.
The series was ranked 3rd on the list of best manga recommended by bookstores last year. The 2014 edition of Kono Manga ga Sugoi! also listed it 11th on the list of the 20 best manga for female audiences.
