For decades, Masako Nozawa universe Dragon Ball, bringing Goku, Gohan, and other characters to life. Recently, the legendary voice actress shared an update on her involvement in the franchise, leaving fans even more excited about what's to come.

While Dragon Ball celebrates the 40th anniversary of Akira Toriyama, which debuted in Weekly Shonen Jump, Nozawa continues to voice the protagonist, now in his child version, being the only one from the original cast to voice both the adult and young versions of the character.

In addition to her brilliant career in Dragon Ball, Nozawa was recently honored at the 66th Mainichi Art Awards for her exceptional contributions to entertainment. Upon taking the stage for her acceptance speech, Nozawa drew laughter by saying:
I can say anything, no matter how long it is… but only if it's from a script! If it's written, I can say any amazing word. But without a script, I can't say anything. I'm a very quiet Nozawa.
Playing along with the situation, she continued:
What should I do? There's no script today. But receiving an award is truly wonderful. At first, I thought, 'Why me?', but since they're giving it to me, I accept! After all, I'm already at that age.
During her speech, she revealed her audacious plans for the future:
I don't know how much longer I can continue, but I've decided I want to do this until I'm 182 years old. If you see me around, I'd be happy if you wished me good luck!.
With this spirit, it's clear that Nozawa doesn't intend to slow down anytime soon. His commitment to the franchise is an encouraging sign for fans, especially with the possibility of new Dragon Ball on the horizon. After the conclusion of Dragon Ball Daima, which ends on February 28th with its 20th episode, there is speculation about what comes next. Producer Akio Iyoku has already hinted that there are plans in development, highlighting the continued collaboration with Nozawa as a central element.
What will be the ending of Dragon Ball Daima?
As Daima nears its end, with Goku facing the Supreme Demon King Gomah and regaining his Super Saiyan 3, theories are emerging about possible new transformations or developments in the Demon Realm. Will we see Goku and Vegeta reaching new levels of power?
