Gokushufudou gets anime in 2021

The Netflix Anime Festival 2020 Kousuke Oono 's Gokushufudou manga will get an anime in 2021, starring Kenjiro Tsuda, who directed and played Tatsu in the live-action manga.

Synopsis

Tatsu the “immortal” is a former yakuza who abandoned his life in violence to become a housewife and support his salaryman wife Miku, but he still manages to get into trouble, however instead of being fights in dark alleys, These are discussions about discounts on the market.

Staff

Chiaki Kon ( Higurashi no Naku Koro ni ) is directing the anime at JC Staff . Susumu Yamakawa ( Back Street Girls: Gokudols ) is supervising the scripts.

Finally, Gokushufudou by Kousuke Oono has been published by Shinchosha at Brunch Comics and Kurage Bunchi since February 2018, with 5 volumes to date. In 2018, Gokushufudou ranked first in the Overall and Comedy categories on Pixiv's Comic Ranking and ranked second in the “Nationwide Bookstore Employees' Recommended Comics of 2018 .
