Netflix Anime Festival 2020 event Kousuke Oono 's Gokushufudou manga will get an anime in 2021, starring Kenjiro Tsuda, who directed and played Tatsu in the manga's live-action series.
Synopsis
Tatsu the "immortal" is a former yakuza who abandoned a life of violence to become a househusband and support his salaryman wife Miku, but even so he manages to get into trouble, however instead of being fights in dark alleys, they are arguments over discounts at the market.
Staff
Chiaki Kon ( Higurashi no Naku Koro ni ) is directing the anime at JC Staff . Susumu Yamakawa ( Back Street Girls: Gokudols ) is supervising the scripts.

Furthermore, in July of that year, NTV announced a live-action adaptation of the manga .
Finally, Gokushufudou by Kousuke Oono has been published by Shinchosha in Brunch Comics and Kurage Bunchi since February 2018, with 5 volumes so far. In 2018, Gokushufudou ranked first in the Overall and Comedy categories of Pixiv's Comic Ranking and ranked second in the "Nationwide Bookstore Employees' Recommended Comics of 2018 " .
