Horimiya: The Missing Pieces – New trailer reveals the anime's premiere date

The team behind the anime 'Horimiya: The Missing Pieces (Horimiya-piece-)' revealed a new trailer and promotional art for the anime this Friday (02).

The video reveals the anime's theme songs, and also announces a new cast member and, finally, the anime's premiere date of July 1st.

Omoinotake performs the opening theme song “Shiawase”, while Ami Sakaguchi sings the ending theme song “URL”.

Daisuke Namikawa joins the cast as Takeru Sengoku, Kakeru's father.

The anime Horimiya premiered on Japanese TV in early 2021, produced by CloverWorks .

Synopsis

The story follows a class of seniors in high school, focusing primarily on the duo that gives the story its name. Hori is a very popular young woman at school, but she keeps a "big" secret about her activities outside of class: she takes care of her younger brother, Souta , in addition to juggling household chores, embodying a much less concerned image than usual during this time.
