Isekai One Turn Kill Nee-san began publishing the manga in Shōsetsu ni Narō (Let's Be Novelists) in December 2019, with a physical release only arriving in March 2020 in Sunday GX.
Synopsis:
The isekai genre story follows Asahi Ikusaba, a high school student who gets lost and ends up in another world. He is knowledgeable about games and fantasy worlds, but is weak and lacks any "special abilities." Ikusaba meets his older sister Mayu in the other world, and she possesses a stronger special ability and also has a brother complex.
