The official Twitter for the anime Bottom-tier Character Tomozaki (Jaku-chara Tomozaki-kun) confirmed this Friday (23) that Yūki Yaku will have a new animated project. The announcement was made through a special video, which brought together scenes from the first season and featured the song "Colorful End Epilogue", present in the ending theme.

The video did not reveal the format of the production — whether it will be a direct continuation, a film, or a spin-off series. Still, the news has already put fans on alert, especially four years after the premiere of the first season, which aired in January 2021.
The previous project was directed by Shinsuke Yanagi (Angel's 3Piece, The Ryuo's Work Is Never Done!) at studio project No.9. The script was written by Fumihiko Shimo, while Akane Yano was responsible for character design. The soundtrack was composed by Hiromi Mizutani (Non Non Biyori).
Synopsis
The story follows Fumiya Tomozaki, a skilled gamer who struggles to cope with the "challenges" of real life. When he meets Aoi Hinami, an exemplary classmate, he begins to receive lessons on how to face everyday life as if it were a game, learning strategies to evolve outside the virtual world.
Finally, the first anime of Jaku-Chara Tomozaki-kun premiered in January 2021.
