Jujutsu Kaisen 0 – The movie has already grossed over 6 billion yen

Arthur Vinicius
I'm a technology enthusiast and a lover of anime, manga, and games. The vast majority of anime I enjoy belong to the Shounen demographic.

The movie “Jujutsu Kaisen 0” has already sold 4.9 million tickets for 6.7 billion yen in the first 15 days since its premiere on December 24th.

The film's official website has released a new video promoting its success, featuring King Gnu's ending theme song, "Sakayume." Check it out:

The website also announced that the film's pop-up cafes will open between January 14 and March 27 in Tokyo (Harajuku and Shinjuku), Yokohama, Osaka, and Nagoya.

Viewers will receive a booklet titled “Jujutsu Kaisen #0.5 Tokyo Prefectural Jujutsu High School,” while supplies last; cinemas will distribute 5 million booklets. Cinemas in Kyoto and Miyagi (locations that are important to the story), as well as Tokyo, Osaka, Aichi, Fukuoka, and Hokkaido will hold midnight screenings on opening day.

Jujutsu Kaisen 0 is therefore animated by MAPPA and distributed by TOHO.

The 24th and final episode of the anime aired on March 26th, with the announcement that a film was being produced.
