According to Sasaki , former editor-in-chief of Weekly Shonen Jump , the Jujutsu Kaisen anime will premiere in the fall season.
It is not yet known which studio will be responsible for the animation, but some names have already been confirmed for the cast:
- Yuuji Itadori (Junya Enoki)
- Megumi Fushiguro (Yuuma Uchida)
- Nobara Kugisaki (Asami Seto)
- Satoru Gojou (Yuuichi Nakamura)
Synopsis: Jujutsu Kaisen features Yuuji, a genius athlete. But he has no interest in running in circles; he's happy just being a member of the Occult Research Club. Although he's only in the club for fun, things get serious when a spirit appears at school! Life is about to get very strange at Sugisawa Town High School!
Finally, the manga has now sold a total of 4 million copies.
