Issue #45 of Weekly Shonen Jump, released this Sunday (6) in Japan, revealed a special collaboration between Takeru Hokazono, author of Kagurabachi, and Kohei Horikoshi, creator of Boku no Hero Academia.
To celebrate the second anniversary of the manga Kagurabachi, the two manga artists participated in a collaborative illustration project, as well as an exclusive interview published in the magazine.

In the special edition, Horikoshi drew Chihiro, the protagonist of Kagurabachi, while Hokazono portrayed Deku, the main hero of Boku no Hero Academia. Therefore, the artwork is present both in the magazine and on illustrated bonus cardsincluded as an insert in the edition.

Cover, poster and international tribute
In addition to the change of illustrations, Kagurabachi graces the cover and opening color pages of the issue, celebrating its two-year anniversary. The magazine also launched its first character popularity ranking, inviting fans to vote for their favorites.
Finally, a collaboration with the PayPay allows for customization of the payment code area with a manga-inspired themed design — a creative way to bring Chihiro into the daily lives of fans.
