As previously announced, a livestream took place this Thursday (August 1st) revealing more information and details about Kandagawa Jet Girls, Kadokawa's new project. Several details about the multimedia project were revealed, including a visual poster and trailer for the anime!
Premiering in October on Japanese television, the series centers on a girl who competes in jet ski races.
The anime's official website revealed several details about the production and cast of the series, such as Hiraku Kaneko directing , Go Zappa writing the script , Hanaharu Naruko creating the original character designs, and Tsutomu Miyazawa adapting those designs . Additionally, Nanashiki Yamamoto and Kouichi Mugitani are responsible for the vehicle designs. The animation is being handled by studio TNK , production by EGGFIRM , and music by Lantis .
The opening theme song, “ Bullet Mermaid ,” will be performed by Sasahara and Kohara . Additionally, they promised more details about the PS4 game in the series in September, which features the participation of Kenichirou Takaki , producer of the Senran Kagura series , in the project.
